Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to coaching services provided by Andy's Accent School, operated by Your Accent Coach OU.
General Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the service plan purchased and timing of cancellation.
- Once a coaching session is delivered, that session is generally non-refundable.
- Missed sessions without notice may be treated as used sessions.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice in advance. We will do our best to offer an alternative time based on availability.
How to Request a Refund Review
Send your request with booking details to andy@youraccentcoach.com. Requests are reviewed in good faith and handled case by case.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
